How Do I get Paid?
1. Bring your books (or schedule a pick up)
The location is 2111 E Baseline Rd. Tempe, AZ 85283, Suite B5
2. We'll sort through your books.
We will be checking the condition of the books, our stock levels, the sale history of the titles, etc. It usually takes about 20 mins to 60 mins for us to check the books depending on the number of books you bring. You are welcome to come back the next business day for the books we don't accept.
3. Payment will be discussed before fully accepting your books.
After sorting your books, we will discuss how much you're getting paid for your books. We will be mailing a check for the amount, which you can cash immediately upon receiving it.
4. Pick up your books.
If you want to keep any books we did not accept, pick them up the same day, or the next business day at the latest. If you don't want your books, and would rather donate them, we'll make sure to give them to a local charity or recycle them in other ways. You're all set!
5. What we don't accept
We only accept books that are in Like New Condition. We don't accept books with underlining or highlights, books that smell strongly of smoke or pets, or books that are too dirty. Hardcover books that came with a dust jacket must have the jacket in good condition. Paperbacks should not have creased, cracked, or broken spines.
* PLEASE NOTE: We do not hold anything more than one business day! Your leftover books must be picked up next business days at the latest.
